Words

Words.

Words that we use for ourselves.

Words that we call ourselves.

Our identity.

I’m not even going into the woke crap. Sooooo for another post.

Maybe. Maybe not.

Word Doodle

Word Ruckus

I identify as an author. I write books (Affiliate Link) and posts and letters and short stories and journals. So I am an author. If someone calls me Author, I’m okay with that.

My work, my books. I write Christian Contemporary Fantasy. People call them just Fantasy. I’m okay with that. People call them Gritty. I’m okay with that, too. They are.

I am a woman. Again. I’m not going where our current culture has gone. I am a woman. I gave birth to three babies. I have the parts. I’m blessed with that. I’m okay with that.

I am married to a man. Some other people are. Some others are not. I’m blessed by that. I’m okay with that.

I am a human. No robotic parts in me. And if there are, I consistently pray “the fire of God, (through my Lord Jesus Christ Who came to Earth in the flesh), on any external energy source, or internal devices that may be 5G, UAP, UFO, AI, or drone technology that cause echo amplification, replication devices that spread a virus, used to mimic programming with a targeted effect on survivors, that sends auto-mirroring of the voice of the survivors and abusers, to create confusion and cause chaos.” (From Four Corners Free on YouTube.) Yep. I’m totally human and I’m okay with that.

I am a spirit being. Yes, part body and soul, but the most important part of me is my spirit being. It was alive in the Father before I came to Earth and it will be alive in Him when I go back to the Father after my time here on Earth. It separates me from things that can’t be done in my soul or body. Gender. Culture. Nation. Galatians 3:28, 29 Amplified Translation (Affiliate Link) – “There is [now no distinction in regard to salvation] neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female: for you [who believe] are all one in Christ Jesus [ no one can claim a spiritual superiority]. And if you belong to Christ [if you are in Him] then you are Abraham’s descendants, and spiritual heirs according to God’s promise.”

I’m okay with that.

I am a spirit being and that separates me from all unrighteousness (a process, right?), from differences of opinions (a process.). Yes, I’m in this physical body—see above—author, human, woman, married. But if I let the Word of God speak, live and be full of power, it penetrates to the dividing line of the breath of life or the soul, and the immortal spirit. It cuts between my soulishness, selfishness, my childishness, and my spirit, where Holy Spirit resides. To the deepest parts of my nature, exposing and sifting and analyzing and judging the very thoughts and purposes of my heart. (Most of that paragraph is taken from the Amplified Translation (Affiliate Link), Hebrews 4:12.)

And the more I let the Word of God cut and divide and separate my soul from my spirit, the freer I am as I walk in Him. The more I can leave the old behind and those other words that I don’t want to identify with (Liar, stupid, victim, poor, imbecile, abused, powerless, and so on. Pop in your own words, here.), the more I identify with Jesus Christ.

2 Corinthians 5:17 – Amplified Translation – “Therefore if any person is [ingrafted] in Christ (the Messiah) he is a new creation (a new creature altogether); the old [previous moral and spiritual condition] has passed away. Behold, the fresh and new has come!”

The old is dead.

The new, real me, in Christ, is come.
